Float Spring River

There are so many options when it comes to floating with Riverside!  

We offer rafts, kayaks, canoes, and shuttle services.  

• During the week we have our 5 mile float. We shuttle to Dam 3 and you float back to Riverside.  Float trips are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  You must be off the water by 6:00 pm. *Longer trips available for groups of 20 or more with prior authorization.
• We offer a 5 or 8 mile trip on Saturday and Sunday.  All trips start at 9:00 and run throughout the day.  
• On Saturdays, you have to be in the water by 2:00 pm for the 8 mile and by 4:00 pm for the 5 mile.  All boats must pass Riverside by 5:00 pm to continue on the 8 mile trip.  All boats must be off the water by 7:00 which is our last pickup from the lower end.
• On Sundays, trips start at 9:00 am, the 8 mile cutoff time is 12:00 pm, the 5 mile cutoff time is 4:00 pm, and the last pickup at the lower end is 6:00.

• An ID is required for all kayak and canoe rentals as well.
• We prefer the ID that the reservation is under if possible. 
• When everything is returned in good shape, you get it all back.
• No fishing from rafts. 
• 50 quart max cooler.
• Maximum 4 people in rafts. Riverside has the  authority to change this number as the water levels rise and fall. Please ask the maximum before you come. We can tell you what the max number is for that week, but we have to wait until the week of to give an accurate answer. 
• We do recommend you call in advance to reserve your boats, especially on the weekends. Your reservation includes up to 4 people. We recommend waiting until you get there to add the extra person/people as we do not give refunds if that number goes back to 4. It’s $20 plus tax for an extra person. 
• In order to reserve, call 870-625-7501 and ask for the Store. Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
